That picture, makes it feel hard to reach that person, but also instilling hope and an illusion to look forward. Btw, how did you find my site? Thanks for the comments.

I like how you use cartoons as discussion points! While I think this cartoon is funny and definitely has some truth to it, I don’t completely agree.

I agree that looking for someone “perfect” doesn’t exist. No one’s “perfect,” and the idea that someone “completes you” can often cause way more distress and suffering than necessary. I will admit that for most of my life (until very recently) I’ve searched for the love of my life and the end all, be all love. A few days ago, I had an epiphany. I’m the love of my life, and I’m already whole. I no longer “need” or expect someone to fill that role. Takes a lot of pressure off! 🙂

Does that mean that I don’t want to have a partner in life and have a family one day? Nope–I absolutely do. But when I meet that person, he will be a complement to my life, and I will be a complement to his. And I absolutely believe that those that are supposed to meet, do.

Way longer comment response than you probably asked for! Haha.

      thank you!
hey..you really did put a great perspective of yours and I agree with you to a great extent that no one’s perfect but I think we consider the perfect ones to those who full fill our requirements of how we want them to be ..
and yeah very true we love our lives but we seriously need someone to share it with us ..
this picture according to me tells us that people who spend hours surfing on net to find their match in the end screw up.. and I think searching companions on line are a waste of time because I believe in love at first sight.

no sweety. I love it when people give lengthy opinion of theirs this shows how much they concentrate on anything they do…
      thanks once again.
      stay blessed 🙂
